It is for anyone who has a PMD report and would like a person to read it with their own question in mind.
For example the price you are thinking of offering, or something about the home that worries you.
What the reviewer does
A member of our team reads your report with your note in mind, and tells you in plain words what they make of it.
It is a property market opinion and negotiation support, written by a member of our team.
What you get, and where you read it
Your review is kept in your My PMD account, and we email you when it is ready. The review itself is never in the email.

£70 including VAT. One payment. No subscription.
You order a review for a report you already own, so the price of the report itself is separate.
We will send your review within 2 business days of your payment and of any information we ask you for.
If we need something from you, we will email you, and the time stops until you reply.

It is not a survey, a mortgage valuation, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a guarantee of a sale or purchase price. It does not replace a survey or your solicitor.
We do not make offers for you, and we do not contact the seller or the estate agent on your behalf.
How to order
- Sign in to My PMD and open the report you want reviewed.
- Choose "Ask for an Expert Property Review" on the report.
- Add a note about what you most want checked if you like. It is optional.
- We email you when your review is ready, and you read it in My PMD.
