- No long lock-in. You keep your districts for as long as you subscribe. Your term and notice are set out in your agreement.
- Your district
- Each postcode district is allocated to one agency. While a district is allocated to you, we do not grant the same exclusive PMD territory to another agency, as set out in your agreement. It covers the PMD territory only: it does not promise leads or instructions.

3What the subscription includes
No hidden extras. Everything below is in the base subscription except Property Power-Up, which is added for each property you choose. Your order states every fee, and whether VAT is added.
Base Subscription
Set by your territory, fixed the day you sign up
- One agency per district: as set out in your agreement
- Branded local market pages: a live local map for every town you cover
- Up to 36 articles a month: daily market news, weekly articles and a monthly feature, published under your name
- Up to 31 blog posts a month: daily posts syndicated to your own website
- Social posts within built-in limits: Social Autopilot across your connected channels, plus branded Social Cards
- Property Power-Up, added per property: a weekly marketing plan and a vendor report for each listing you add. It is not part of the base subscription.
- Valuation reports: a full report for addresses in your area, plus 5-year performance tracking
- Custom branding throughout: an analytics dashboard and Land Registry data built in

A one-off charge when you go live (never at reservation): your branding applied across every page and report, your market pages and map built for every town in your districts, your social channels connected, and a walkthrough with a person.

Your subscription price is agreed when you sign up. District pricing on this page reflects each area's real sales volume, so what you see today is what we'll confirm on the call.
