Your questions about PMD for estate agents
No jargon, no dodging. If your question isn't here, ask us directly and a person will give you a straight answer.
Exclusivity & your area
What does "one agent per area" actually mean?
Each postcode district is allocated to one agency. While a district is allocated to you, we do not grant the same exclusive PMD territory to another agency, as set out in your agreement. It covers the PMD territory only: it does not promise leads or instructions.
Search yours on the pricing page.
Can a competitor take my area?
Each postcode district is allocated to one agency. While a district is allocated to you, we do not grant the same exclusive PMD territory to another agency, as set out in your agreement. If another agency already holds it, it is closed to you.
Check whether yours is free on the pricing page.
What happens to my area if I leave?
If you cancel, your districts may be released and licensed to another agency, as set out in your agreement.
How many districts should I claim?
Start with the districts where you win most instructions. You can always add more later, if they are still free.

Doing the work (or rather, not doing it)
Do I need to be technical?
You do not need to write code or design anything. We set everything up with you, and our platform drafts the content from your area's real data. You can edit or remove any article from your dashboard.
Who actually writes the content?
Our platform drafts it from your area's real market data, our editorial rules check it, and it publishes under your brand automatically every week. You can edit or remove any article from your dashboard and spot-check whenever you like.
See how it works in Property Market News.
How much of my time does it need each week?
You can edit or remove any article from your dashboard whenever you like. Everything else runs on schedule whether you log in or not.
Will the posts sound like me, or like a robot?
You set the tone once, professional, warm, direct, and every article and post holds it. There are hard rules against estate-agency clichés, engagement-bait and waffle. If a draft fails the quality checks, it is held back rather than published.

Results & proof
How fast will I see something working?
We set up your market pages and content with you. It builds as the pages and posts add up. It is not a one-off campaign. We will tell you honestly what to expect for your area.
What is Property Power-Up and why do vendors care?
Power-Up is per-listing marketing on autopilot: add a property, and every week it builds a marketing strategy from real performance data, publishes the posts, and writes a polished report for your vendor. When a vendor is choosing between agents, a written weekly plan and a report show them what they would get.

Where does your market data come from?
Sold prices, live listings, demand signals and local market indicators, kept current automatically. Our data methodology page explains exactly what feeds the numbers your pages and valuations show.
Money & commitment
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per postcode district, so you pay for exactly the patch you dominate and nothing more. The pricing page shows the live cost for any districts you pick, check yours there and reserve on the spot.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No long lock-in. You keep your districts for as long as you subscribe. Your term and notice are set out in your agreement.
What support do I get?
Real people who set everything up with you, answer questions properly, and take feature requests seriously (much of the platform exists because agents asked for it). You are never left alone with a manual.
Didn't see your answer?
Ask us anything, including the awkward questions. You'll get a straight answer from a person, not a ticket number.
