Earn commission by recommending Property Market Data
If the people you reach own a home, are selling one or are thinking of buying, you can share your own link to our Property Intelligence Report. When someone follows it and buys a report, a report pack or an Expert Property Review from us, we pay you commission on that sale.
How it works
Apply
Tell us who you are and how you would share Property Market Data. We read every application ourselves.
Get your link
Once we approve you, you sign in with a code we email you. There is no password. Your account shows your link and your commission rate.
Share it honestly
Label your promotion as an advert: put “Ad” or “Advert” at the start, where it is seen before your link. Describe our reports as estimates, never as valuations or guarantees.
Get paid
We hold commission for 30 days after a sale, in case of a refund. After that it is paid each month by bank transfer once it reaches £50.00.
What you earn
You earn a percentage of what the customer pays for a Property Intelligence Report, a report pack or an Expert Property Review, not counting VAT. The standard percentage is 25%. When we approve you we may set a different percentage for you, and your account shows the percentage that applies to you.
A sale counts for you when the customer follows your link and buys within 30 days. If they follow someone else's link after yours, the later link counts.
If an order is refunded, the commission on it is taken back. We cannot promise that anyone will follow your link or buy, and nothing on this page is a promise of earnings.
Who it is not for
- People who want to buy reports for themselves at a discount. Your own orders earn no commission.
- Anyone who sends messages to people who have not asked for them.
- Anyone who bids on our name in paid search, or uses hidden or automatic clicks.
- Anyone who would make claims we cannot stand behind. Our reports are estimates, not valuations, surveys or guarantees.

Questions
Who can apply?
Anyone aged 18 or over who can make this agreement: a writer, a community group, a business that works with home owners. We read every application and may say no without giving a reason.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee to apply or to join.
How do I get paid?
Once the commission payable to you reaches £50.00, we pay it by bank transfer and put a statement in your account that shows what you were owed and what we paid you. A smaller amount carries over to the next month. We ask for your bank details by email when your first payment is due. We do not collect them on this website.
Can I see who bought through my link?
No, with one exception. If you are an estate agency, a customer who has paid can ask us to pass their name, contact details and address to you, and we then do. Otherwise we never tell you who bought. Your account shows how many people followed your link, and the date, product and commission for each credited sale.
Does my link use cookies?
Your link stores nothing on the visitor's device. It carries your code in the address, and our servers read it from there.
What must I say when I share my link?
Label it as an advert. Put “Ad” or “Advert” at the start, where it is seen before your link. It also helps to say that you earn commission if someone buys through it.
