We cannot build a report for it, because our sold-price records cover England and Wales only. We will tell you before you pay, and you will not be asked to pay.
If your home is in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
The same applies: we cannot build a report for it.
If your postcode is on the border.
A few postcodes sit on the border between England and Scotland. Where the records cannot tell us which side an address is on, we do not offer a report for it and we take no payment. You can write to us at admin@propertymarketdata.co.uk.
If we cannot place an address.
If the postcode is not one we recognise, or we cannot find the address, we ask you to check it and try again. We do not take payment until we have placed it.
