How credits work
- A credit pays for one Property Intelligence Report: an estimate of what a property may sell for, with the working shown. Use it for a home you own or are selling, or for one you are thinking of buying.
- To buy a pack you sign in to My PMD with a code we email to you. If you do not have an account yet, signing in creates one.
- When you order a report and you are signed in, you can use a credit instead of paying. We show you how many credits you have before you decide.
- A credit is used when your report is ready. If we cannot build the report, the credit is not used up and we look into it.
- Your credits belong to the account you buy them with. They cannot be shared with another account.
- My PMD shows how many credits you have left and the date the soonest ones run out.
