In these legal pages, “PMD”, “Property Market Data”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Ivybridge Collection Ltd unless the context says otherwise.

These legal pages apply to the public website, My PMD accounts, reports, data products, consumer services, estate-agent services, APIs, local market pages, content, software and other PMD services, subject to any more specific written agreement that applies.
If a specific signed agreement conflicts with general website terms, the specific agreement prevails for the subject matter it covers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Regulatory status
PMD provides property information, analytics, automated reports, software and related services. Some activities, particularly acting on a person's instructions to introduce parties or to secure the acquisition or disposal of an interest in land, may constitute estate agency work. PMD will only provide any service that constitutes regulated or supervised estate agency activity where the legal, redress, anti-money-laundering, insurance and other requirements applicable to that activity have been satisfied.
Unless a service is expressly described in your order or service agreement as including direct representation or negotiation by PMD, our buyer products provide information, analysis, planning and support to help you make your own decisions. They do not appoint PMD as your estate agent, conveyancer, surveyor, valuer for secured lending, mortgage adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser or legal representative.
