Straight answers
Everything agents ask before they claim their area
No jargon, no dodging. If your question isn't here, ask us directly and a person will give you a straight answer.
Exclusivity & your area
What does "one agent per area" actually mean? +
Every postcode district (NR14, TN1, and so on) can be held by exactly one agency. While you hold yours, no competitor can buy any part of the platform for it, the market pages, the content, the local authority position are all exclusively yours. That exclusivity is the product: it only works because your rivals cannot have it too.
Can a competitor take my area? +
Only by claiming it before you do. Once a district is claimed it is closed to everyone else for as long as the holder keeps it. If you are reading this page, the honest advice is to check your districts on the pricing page now, we will tell you straight away whether they are free or gone.
What happens to my area if I leave? +
If you cancel, your districts return to the open pool and can be claimed by another agency, including a competitor. Nothing you paid for transfers to them, but the exclusive position does become available. It is the one genuine reason agents keep their areas continuously.
How many districts should I claim? +
Most independents start with the districts where they win most instructions, typically 3 to 8, then add surrounding ones as the authority position starts paying for itself. You can always add more later, if they are still free.
Doing the work (or rather, not doing it)
Do I need to be technical? +
No, and we mean that literally, not marketing-literally. Set-up is done for you, the content writes itself, and your dashboard is one page with buttons a busy agent can understand at 7am. If you can use Rightmove Plus, you are overqualified.
Who actually writes the content? +
The platform drafts every article and post from your area’s real market data, then editorial quality rules check tone, accuracy and banned clichés before anything publishes under your name. You can review everything first, or let it run and spot-check, either way, nothing publishes below the quality bar.
How much of my time does it need each week? +
Most agents spend under half an hour a week, usually reviewing the posting queue, glancing at a report before it goes to a vendor, or reading their own articles. Everything else runs on schedule whether you log in or not.
Will the posts sound like me, or like a robot? +
You set the tone once, professional, warm, direct, and every article and post holds it. There are hard rules against estate-agency clichés, engagement-bait and waffle. If a draft fails the quality checks, it is held back rather than published.
Results & proof
How fast will I see something working? +
Your market pages and first content are live within days of claiming an area. Search authority compounds over weeks and months, this is a land-grab followed by compounding, not an overnight spike. The sooner your districts are claimed, the sooner the clock starts running for you instead of against you.
What is Property Power-Up and why do vendors care? +
Power-Up is per-listing marketing on autopilot: add a property, and every week it builds a marketing strategy from real performance data, publishes the posts, and writes a polished report for your vendor. At valuation, showing a weekly marketing machine, especially on high-value homes, wins instructions that "we’ll put it on the portals" loses.
Where does your market data come from? +
Sold prices, live listings, demand signals and local market indicators, kept current automatically across more than 2,300 postcode districts. Our data methodology page explains exactly what feeds the numbers your pages and valuations show.
Money & commitment
How much does it cost? +
Pricing is per postcode district, so you pay for exactly the patch you dominate and nothing more. The pricing page shows the live cost for any districts you pick, check yours there in under a minute and reserve on the spot.
Am I locked into a long contract? +
No long lock-in. You keep your districts for as long as you subscribe, the real commitment mechanism is not a contract, it is that cancelling releases your exclusive area back to the market.
What support do I get? +
Real people who set everything up with you, answer questions properly, and take feature requests seriously (much of the platform exists because agents asked for it). You are never left alone with a manual.
